You need to see the bigger picture, and also take into account existing contracts, quotas and - the one thing that really will elude a Salford fan - the bringing through of younger players.



Contrary to what you may have been force-fed during you years of anti-Wigan resentment, advancement in RL is not all about signing two or three of the biggest names on the planet every year.



Anyway, keep kidding yourself that Wigan have fallen a long way - it will certainly take your mind off the imminent disappearance of Salford beneath a pile of chemical-infected Manchester mud that never will be built on again.

What a fantastic site! - only problem is where is your ground and when will it be there? Will it beat the grounds of Leigh, Widnes, Toulouse or Halifax to the 'nod' of the RFL......if so, can you regularly get a decent crowd in there?
