Bought 5 off the Wire website yesterday. They shouldnt be selling tickets for the West to Wire fans yet imo.

unless you go in singing club songs or wearing your colours they won't know who they are selling them to my friend

My point is, i think they should send Wigan 3,000 or so tickets, if we havnt sold them by weds next week then send them back to wire. Technically we could sell our 1,800 by the weekend, ask for more off Wire and they could only have say 100 left. I know its unlikely but still....

tbh i think we're hangin on because of our turnout on sun they would obviously prefer more home fans but i know were you're comin from if our fans interest keeps up or more so our teams performances we will "fill in the corners" in due course and increase the capacity

Its not like Wigan always bring 3k to the HJ though they will have based the amount of tickets on the other times you have come, plus there is many Wire fans who use the West stand

They should have been on sale on friday before the game at the ticket office and on the concourse where the tables where at half/full time.

Does that mean Wigan non season ticket holdes can simply order tickets on the Wire website? If so, thats their only chance of getting hold of them as only 1,800 are allocated to Season Ticket holders (400 of them kids tickets).

That or go the club shop there was a Wigan fan buying some today while I was there.

That's only the initial allocation, more can be sent if needs be. Won't be any problem in them going on general sale, and although it will be pretty full (sales are at the 450ish mark after two days of sale), it'd be some effort if the place sold out.

yeh, right, i stand in the west stand every home match, last year you couldn't fill it, and this year you probably won't! some realism is required here me thinks!

I've got to say bar the time a load of our fans turned up without tickets our followings at the Haliwell Jones haven't been too much to write home about.



If we can't shift 1800 tickets for that game in 2 weeks it's a very poor effort.
