The simple fact is the officials were awful both sides of the ball and both teams got decisions go their way that probably shouldn't have done.

He is yes, because he's class, he plays for Wigan, and your all absoulutely petrified of him, just like you all hated Shaun Edwards, Andy Gregory, Andy Farrell, Martin Offiah, Trent Barrett.....the list is endless, we are hated for being the most successful club in world rugby league and our best players are hated for playing for the biggest club in world rugby league and continuing to emulate our glorious past, its all fear based you see, and long may it continue.

As someone else pointed out, Edwards and Farrell were "widely disliked players". I'll leave it to your own superb intellect to draw the parallels.



As for reasoned discusiion; I've yet to see a post from a Leeds fan on here that was anything other than whinging, trolling or (usually) both. Your good posters seem to stay on your own board. If only that was the other way round maybe a 'reasoned discussion' would be a possibility. Until then we have to make do with the likes of you.

I'm joking of course. I think the idea that players are booed because they are good is a bit of a stretch. Monahagn isnt booed, Jamie Peacock isn't booed, Matt King isn't booed, and I can't recall Farrell being booed. I guess i'll just conclude with the point I made at the start. Tomkins is a great talent, who IMO doesn't need the silly niggle aspects of his game. Then perhaps opp fans might not boo him and wigan fans wouldn't get defensive about him
