They should make Wire play Huddersfield if they're doing the derbies again. It's as muich a derby as Wire v Salford and it would be a far more entertaining and interesting game, especially after Saturday nights game in the playoffs

Are they the first round? If it is Us v Saints how will they decide who loses their home game? Another nightmare is around the corner imo.

I know its not in summer(even though we don't have one!) I am still going as I will be that deprived of rugby league I would even walk to Cardiff if I had to!



I know warrington are going to have a somewhat easier game than us.. what about Leeds they've got Bradford!!.



If you've never been to MM then give it a go. I have been to all four and have a great time at all of them. I am also glad its back at Cardiff. Its a great venue which is ideal for the MM concept.

Which are aditional fixtures, It doesnt matter which round its played. Unless we are now playing 26 games.

Why not have Wire v Hudds and Salford v Crusaders. That would be fairer.

Thats what i thought. Making it the 1st round fixtures will cause even more uproar than having the event to start with!

Otherwise, either Wigan or Saints would have to pass up a 14k (Saints) or 25k (Wigan) crowd, for a 1/6 share of the takings from a crowd of around 30k (most paying vastly reduced ticket prices anyway - e.g £15 for 3 matches = £5 per match).



Don't kid yourself - These are an extra round of fixtures that mean that our league can NEVER be a fair fight.

Why don't they wait till the weekend before fixture is over, then play 1st v 2nd, 3rd v 4th and so on.

The only fair fixtures are based on this seasons final table, 1 v 2, 3 v 4 etc

It's the RFL, they're not interested in fair, they just want to get as many attending as they possibly can, in a vain attempt to justify its existence.
