That is not true. The rules state:
"A Person who has been declared Ineligible may not, during the period of Ineligibility, participate in any capacity in a Competition or other activity (
other than authorised anti-doping education or rehabilitation programmes) organised, convened or authorised by the RFL or by any body or Club that is a member of, or affiliated to, or licensed by the RFL."
So the club could if it chose to, seek authorisation to organise a rehabilitation program for Hock.
It's therefore a fair question to ask are the club doing so.
I am also pretty sure IL said a statement would be made once the formalities of the process were complete. That is when the time passed that any appeal could be lodged and the ban was confirmed the club would make a statement. It has not.
