As I have said, i only saw one guy getting really angry about it.
So what if someone gets angry about someone not being able to keep a clock right in a rugby ground, its not the end of the world. Next you will be saying they should get a life ban.
Unless something worse happened after I left the ground, although I doubt it. What an over reaction.
'"
This is not about someone getting angry about an incorrect clock. TWO people were having a go at Rach and one was abusive. Shouting at the clock is one thing, abusing a fellow fan and loyal club employee and volunteer (she was a volunteer on the day) is out of order.
If the people in question have any decency they will apologise the next time they see Rach.
I half though she would revert to her days as a distinguished prop forward and give him the "steamroller". There was certainly steam coming out of her ears.
The only people that need to "chill" are those that handed out the abuse.

Well I had 'chilled out' until I read that drivel posted by RBear.
There was without doubt somewhat more than one person throwing some real nasty abuse in my general direction at the final hooter and whether it was fueled by either alcohol or just a general frustration at the result ,it shouldn't have happened .
To be fair I've already had an apology via a third party from one of the 'complainants' ,which was appreciated by myself and accepted with good grace .I was as Dreamer said (and I think my OP demonstrates) not a happy bunny and was ready for a liitle "Marchy type' solution on the way out of Don Valley but luckily was talked out of it by some very good (and patient) friends!
Perhaps RBear would like to volunteer stand in the middle of the field at half time at the Dewsbury game and allow the crowd to abuse him at will..then say it's an 'over reaction'.

I have to say I saw 3 having a pop, I told one nearby to calm down.
Another one of them is a usual suspect, I've seen them involved in bits of grief at plenty of games now home and away. I guess their Sunday (or Friday in this case) trip out to the Rugby isn't complete without either shouting non stop abuse at the officials or falling out with someone else in the stands, pathetic really.
Good job Rach didn't land a Sam Burgess style hit on any of them, having played alongside her in the Front Row in a fans game a few years back, I can honestly say they'd still be repairing the damage to the stand from where the offending person's subsequently broken body impacted it.

I just saw it from a distance initially, then came up next to Rach to give her some support, not that she needed it, I was more concerned for the lad
Not only was she a mighty fine prop but a bl00dy good kicker too. I suspect she could have drop kicked him through the posts from where she was

Fine a kicker as she was, I never have approved of Prop Forwards kicking the football. She broke the mould, she was the Paul Anderson of Rugby League.

She had to apply here: [urlhttp://propforwardsunion.blogspot.co.uk/[/url
As far as I know she didn't stoop to wearing white boots though
Some good footage of "our Richard" as well
