It was a gamble that didn't work and i don't blame Kear for this because he signed the best player that was avaliable at the time.

We have released 6 players, Jason Demetriou, hooker Tevita Leo-Latu, stand-off Paul Cooke, utility player Paul Johnson, centre Sean Gleeson and prop Kyle Bibb.



I must say that i agree with the decision to let them all go.

thats all well and good but can we have an announcement of whats replacing said players

Good to see the club also believe Cooke is past it. I think Bibb is going to have to look for another job away from rugby.

Whilst I am pleased I wish him the best as he was very unfairly, IMO a scapegoat for a lot of bad TEAM performances!

I think we will get the announcements of incoming players next week or even tomorrow if we are lucky. I think we already know some of the (Parker, Penny) but i also think that there will be 1 or 2 suprise additions.

All a step in the right direction if you ask me. Be interesting to see who comes in now!
