a bloody shame it is, but from the players' perspective i can understand it. they're working for a coach that can't tell them anything about their future at wakefield as he's off, and their duplicitous agent is probably scaring them half to death. if anyone bobs into sandal rufc be sure to let him know we know who is and that he’s not one of us and never will be.

Would it be possible to put one list together of all players rumoured to be leaving and to which clubs they are supposed to be going?

Yes but as I have said on another thread surely it is not allowed as we aren't supposed to have been demoted yet and these players are under contract. Based on the robinson fine we got it should be a fine of at least GBP 5k per player for the clubs concerned.



I presume for any players from the academy that leave we will be entitled to compensation?

So much for building a new future with a bright young home-grown side. Perhaps if we'd packed the side with over-the-hill overseas stars and been on the edge of the 8 we would have a SL future!

This law is never enforced. It has gone on for years and will continue to do so. We'll only get compensation for the academy lads if they are under contract for future seasons. This is doubtful.

TRB, by that do you mean others are having their heads turned by agents and other clubs.
