So if by some absolute miracle we are not demoted, what happens then given that these players were not allowed to sign for anyone else now and their contracts remain valid if we remain in SL unless we agree they can go?

What really pees me off about all this is that it is already taken for granted that we have gone.

Cas are being linked with new players and coaches for next year without the slightest mention that they are still,in theory,under threat.

Crusaders are laughing at the RFL.They are supposed to be bringing Welsh players through then go and sign Mcpherson and the OAP Senior,before the announcement.

The RFL should not be allowing any clubs under threat to be signing anybody as it is making a mockery of the system or they should just say now who is gone.

Also the RFL should get on our side for the remaining few weeks and stop the vultures circling until the right time,it is a disgrace.

Really hope that RFL publish the franchise results so everybody knows it was fair but we know they won't cos it will show we shouldn't have gone.

Both signed for just this season I think. As for the academy lads with the state of our finances at the start of the year I doubt many will be contracted for next year. And even if they are if they want to go and other clubs want them badly enough they'll just pay the cash and off they'll go.
