I think its to create a team environment its no good having 22 over priced prima donnas who arnt playing every week and then bitching about it. The team./squad needs some solid team players.
I like Henson never ever takes a step back OK he could do with passing now and again but you know what you are getting no nonsence and a trier every game that will do for me thanks. |

With Henderson, as with Jeffries, it's the length of the deal that concerns me. Hopefully they'll both work out.

I'm excited by Luke George with a full pre-season under his belt.
Would have liked to see Jefferies on a smaller contract and make him earn another 2 years. Quite shocked that we brought him back to be honest.
