I was away from home all bloody week I went from Southend to Hull and got home at near on 12 to watch that crap but that’s it I will not spend one more penny until some bugger puts their hand in their pocket to replace the likes of Newton,Brough and Tronc |

Agree 100% - I said I didn't rate or like the bloke when the rumours started that we were signing him and got slagged off on here for it . Would loved to have been proved wrong but he looks worse every week .
Send him back and give young Southernwood a go !....oh hang on  |

Surely the main problem is we have 2 hookers (who play more out of position) and 2 stand-offs (again playing out of position half the time.)
Leaving Cooke aside for the moment, we have Leo-Latu, who has always been a luxury player, Jeffries, who doesn't appear to have improved under McNamara, and Obst, who tries, but he's not the great player some make him out to be, and wouldn't get the plaudits if he were 6 inches taller.

If I may stick my oar in?
I always rated Cooke whilst he was at Hull,we have had one hell of a job trying to replace him.The circumstances of his leaving is well documented.Since he has left Hull he seems to be on a downward spiral,(I don`t mean that to sound like sour grapes.)
He is an enigma,a very good player who never seems to reach full potential.I feared the worst yesterday,as he usally raises his game against us. I truly think he is a wasted talent.
