All I want us for us to finish 8th, Leeds to finish 5th, and then we go and put Leeds out of the play-offs. A big ask, but that would make my season, whatever happens afterwards.

Well I was wrong and how pleased am I to admit it. How a team can turn round from the previous weeks and win like that I don't understand. But it made my week - end.

I'm well aware that Huddersfield have blitzed us several times in the recent past. However, they've nose dived this season since Brough has joined them. I don't think it's unrealistic for a mid table team to expect to go there and put in a decent performance with a possibility of winning. We finally beat Leeds at Belle Vue didn't we?

If we keep to the ugly, back to basics, high completion style of play we put in against Hull on Saturday, there's no reason we shouldn't come away with 2 points apiece from Cas, Bradford and Salford. It's certainly possible to do the same thing to Huddersfield too. Warrington and Saints are a much bigger ask, but look what Les Cats did to Saints the other night; proves they're not impossible to turn over, but we should get ourselves into a position that means we're not relying on points from those games.



The mantra for the rest of the season should be consistency and effort; you've done it once - DO IT AGAIN!

Salford took a battering today also, there lay the only opportunity for 2 points from the remaining fixtures in my opinion.
