Quelle surprise. Don't know why and supporter would buy that rag anymore. Hopefully the new regime use other media to get their messages out rather than waiting for a Friday as the last one seemed to do. Stuck in the past, so hopefully those who remain are not.

The point is loyal Wakefield fans might not buy the W.E. but the people of Wakefield who the club need to attract to watch the club DO, you cant just ignore the W.E., the editors need re-educating and FAST...

I know a lot of people who only buy it for the rugby, so if we stopped using them, they would suffer some loss of income.

Fair enough we would never get any positive news about the club , but we don't now, so their loss would be far greater than ours.

The club certainly seems to be using the website very well lately.

Boycott time methinks. Don't buy it. And as for the club, don't give them anything.

I will not buy the paper again and will let them know my views. I don't expect them to ignore a storey but the big storey has to be the take over. It could have been a great good news front page. Clowns.

Quite, but this problem has been there for years and nothing has changed because we've fed them exclusive after exclusive!







If only! There's the official website, 4 or 5 local radio stations, 2 rugby league papers, numerous rugby league sites...more than just the local rag!

Thank you Wakefield Express, another example of the paper getting behind the Club. We get some positive news for once and the Express come along and "pee on our bonfire".



I know the story is probably factually correct but does it warrant front page.

Either way, that's a truly pathetic story to run on the front page!



Who the he'll is making these decisions at that paper because they're doing a great job of alienating the very people they wish to sell to.



Their general stance regarding Trinity is nothing short of disgraceful and someone needs a rollicking over their continued negativity and misguided positioning.
