pmarrow: Some people think its easy to convince players to come to the club thats finished as low as us, in what was a very toxic place to be in 2023 and worse in 2024.Im sure Myler would have liked to have signed the entire Penrith Panthers team but instead had to get players at the lower end of the market.
Its a long process and the sooner alot of people realise that the better.
Have to say that reading this forum I think virtually everyone on here realises how deep into the hole we dug ourselves and how hard it is going to be to clamber back out of it once more.
Everyone that is, apart from one poster (guess who!!!) who seems to have a beef because our DOR, who had been in the role a matter of weeks, was unable to persuade half the current Australian test team to come and play for a side who virtually hit rock bottom last year.
Reading everyone else's post, I get the impression we are all very realistic about where we are at and, hopefully, where we are now heading. But, as you say, it's a long process, one that will only be achieved by a lot of hard work by a number of people, supporters included.
Anyway, the sun's out, it's a nice day and the Fc won last night so it can't all be doom and gloom for most of us, can it!!!
