Also your board has always announced these signings before they have signed, often at time of season pass sales

In fact I remember so well the NEARLY signing of Deryk Fox. I went with my then Father in law to the Boulevard to watch Wigan trounce Hull and people were carrying buckets asking for donations from fans towards the signing. The signing never happened but im sure someone had a good time with the money
