To be honest I think this is a well rehed PR exercise from both Pearson & Hudgell to boost ticket sales for Sunday (Rovers get a cut of the gate too) and try and get a few last season ticket sales in. Both are smart men and I don't believe this war of words is genuine.

I like Pearson's attitude and it has certainly got under the skin of hudgell !



It's about time we started to be more loud and proud about being the city's premier RL club.

It's good to see him trying to fire everybody up- tongue in cheek though. Bit of verbal sparring never goes amiss and I'm sure AP enjoys the banter and winding up the opposition as much as we do

Never believe what you read in the papers! Were these comments taken from a direct interview or snippets taken and edited totally out of context? Either way I rarely read the media drivel spouted by both clubs as its the same old same old every time.

I think they should do it WWE style before the game with them up on the big screens calling each other out. Everyone has to wear tights and get their own entrance music with Stevo shouting excitedly in the background "HE'S HURT AND HE KNOWS IT! WHERE DID HUDGELL COME FROM WITH THAT CHAIR? PEARSON HAS TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT TO HIS POSSE!"

The pair of them are trying to play us all like puppets.
