Green will be a stand out for York and its clear he wouldnt get anything out of playing for the 20's anymore.
Think people get excited about Pearce due to his size but need to realise he has only been playing the game for 3 years and this dual reg deal is the next logical step in his development.

Had Chris been offered to the Dons, im sure he would have returned ,as he was well liked at Donny and proved to be a large assett to the club in his time there. The only down side was having him called back too often for the under 20 games at Hull which left us not knowing from one week to the next if he would be with us.

its probably got something to do with the limits -
The current limit on the number of players a receiving club can utilise will also apply to ‘dual registered’ players. Therefore a receiving club will be limited to a total of four loaned and/or dual registered players, and no more than three loaned and/or dual registered players from the same club. So maybe they didn't want to be tied down to three from our club, they may need somebody else in a different position down the line if injuries occur. |

Dual-registered players should not be recalled unless it's for 1st team duty. |

Think it is more of a case of saying that Green will get more by playing NL rather than 20s again.
Bowden will probably be playing 20's again this season with more responsibilty as he wont have Aldous or Green with him in the pack. |
