Wheeler, Dixon, Lomax and Gaskell are all back up players. The other 5 I agree. Your first choice halves would be Pryce/Eastmond and so the likes of Wheeler/Lomas/Gaskell would not be first choice.

Only Wellens, Flannery and Pryce are 1st team starters if everyone is fit and available, stop exaggerating the rest are back up players.

in case you haven't heard Eastmond was only playing because lomax was injured and is on his way out to the girlie game, As for Price he hasn't played more than 7 games in the last 2 years and is more than likely on his way out at the end of the year , so i repeat these kids are our first team starters.

I am sure that most St. Helens supporters would not agree but many people may hold the view that nine first teamers being out was made equal by having Steve Ganson as the match referee.
