I'd like to see Tommy Lee start at 9 with houghton spelling him and Whiting at 13. Craig Hall back into the right centre. Agree with 6 and 7.

Personally i think Houghton's distribution has improved alot.

Seem's to be much quicker than last season.

I was talking about Berrigan mate.

Considering we have him long term you'd think we'd take a bit more care of him, he could barely jog on to the pitch.



Like has already been said on here, put Berrigan at SH for the rest of the season and use Lee and Houghton at dummy half. Lee has shown real character for me, the criticism he received over the past couple of seasons was out of order (the kid NEVER stopped trying).

Deffo Houghton will not be with us in a few years. A bigger club will come in for him and for the sake of his future, he'll go.



IMO he's like James Roby, he'd be even better if he was playing in a team with some passion and direction!

Depends what scrum half we get next season mate. Think someone like Orford will turn us into that top 2 team and really see Houghton come into his own too. Cant be easy being a young hooker next to a crap scrum half.

Joey Johns in his pomp would struggle to have an impact at Hull! Given time our lack of structure will grind down the best of players, just look at Berrigan.

Dykes did pretty well when he managed to play, we looked a good side when he, Berrigan, Horne and Motu all played. Problem was I think it happened once or possibly twice.



A good SH link with Horne, Berro, Motu and Washy will make a world of difference to us.

It would be fantastic if we could finally sign a top SH like Orford but that alone would not make us a top two side. We really need to rid ourselves of some or preferably most of the below average trash that fills our pack each week.



Orford would need a pack that goes forward consistently and "looks after him" and that is not going to happen with Cusack, Dowes, Radford, King, Tickle.



I'm not holding my breath for Orford as we will probably be outbid by a smaller club with more ambition.

Yup, i'd even still be tempted to do the following:

1. Motu

3. Berrigan

6. Horne

7. Orford

9. Lee

13. Washy
