I want a caoch who inspires and demands 100% effort , not a coach who 1 day before a big game talks injuries to the Press.

What are the guys who are playing on Friday going to think when the coach is, in effect, saying you're aren't good enough? Hardly motivating, is it? |

I don't have an issue with him mentioning that we will miss the injured players but then I'd like him to go on and say we still have enough quality to win the game and we will be preparing to do exactly that.
Injuries play a part, that's a fact but we still have a decent side we can put out and should still win on Friday, the coach needs to instill this belief in the players. |
