Decided not to go tonight. Not missed a home game for years, can't bd d with them at the moment. This is worse than the Walsh era, then we had a crap team and couldn't win. Now we have everything to build a decent team and move up the table yet we just seem to be happy to take the money and sod the rugby. As long as Agar, Rule and Kath are here we're going one way DOWN

yes crowds are down i said i was not going today as a protest but come today could not stay away . to say you wish you had not bothered is beyond me as its the best attacking rugby we have seen for a while , not saying brilliant as we need to improve a hell of a lot ,apart from the ref enough said enjoyed the passion in there tonight not been able to say that for a while .\ also i love fridays

There is! I know loads of customers who just can't be d to go on a corp ticket cos the spectacle is dreadful!

Spot on !! I was invited to the Cas game to a free meal, free drinks, free game etc... I chose not to go. At the Wakey game, we spent 80% of our time in the corporatebox cracking jokes and getting pi$$ed... it was more entertaining !.... the product just isnt worth the money.. so how can you invite clients/customers etc?.

Anyone know what the Cas following was? Looked a fair few but quite a lot was sectioned off?

Crowds will be down due to a mixture of austerity and poor results at home this season after a good home season last time. Companies are not spending money on entertaining and sponsorship - even the FA cup is struggling to attract a new sponsor. Tough times all round - still an excellent gate though.

To be honest I didn't think there was 11k there last night, the East and West stands are only about two thirds full at the most. I suspect the club are counting all the pass holders then adding the walk up figures together to get the 11k but this is giving a false reading. Even chav corner has vanished.

The announced attendance sounded about right to me.



The club only include passholders who turn up, as has been pointed out previously.

Announced attendance looked about right to me, but surprised to see around only 1200 Cas fans at most, thought it would be nearer 2000.
