Yak is never going to stand out, but as has been pointed out it's the little things he does that make him effective. He's never gunna put big hits on in defence or skittle defenders in attack, but what he is going to do is wrestle well to stop the opposition getting a quick PTB, and always find his knees and elbows allowing Berrigan to get on the front foot and the other forwards rolling.

My thoughts are the poor sod can`t do right in some peoples eyes.

As much as I like Yak that is just simply not true.

He didn't rip up any trees but he didn't do much wrong either .

Does he not make between 7 and 10 metres per carry and take 3 or 4 men to tackle him? I'd call that a huge go forward.

He is currently averaging 6 meters per carry

My thoughts are .... that you obviously didnt go to the match as Cussack is our one true constant performer alongside Fitz.

very rarely does anything wrong, saps the opposition strength , makes decent yards and buries everything that runs at him...

Seriously though, whether the guy makes 4, 6 or 8 metres per carry his size makes him a real handful and defensively he hurts people when he hits them. I think his go forward and the fact that he seems to be good at landing on his elbows for a quicker ptb if we're allowed makes him a better go forward prop than some give him credit for. What do i know though, i rate Radders as a good prop too.

Do you really have to dis everybody who has a different opinion to you. Cussack is solid as, but thats just my opinion.

All the other stuff has fook all to do with me correcting Dave about his "huge go-forward" so why would it be relevant?
