For next season:

As RG and others have said I think 5th/6th, but a good chance for 4th.



As long as we see some great progress with the youth coming through, 'team' performances, speed of playing the ball and defence attack, ability to get over the line when near the line etc...



The season after:

Less than 4th and a final will be a bit of disappointment.

5th/6th Imo.

5th I think is the best we can hope for. With Seymour/Ellis our 5th tackle plays must improve. A good cup run and winning at least one play-off game would be nice

I will be pleasantly surprised if we finish higher than 5th.



I will be very disappointed if we finish lower than 6th.

I hope you're all kept away from razor blades and rope.

You could be right mate. All this positivity we're not used to it. It could all end in tears.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry reading some of the posts today.

We have a good squad and provided Gentle can improve us and sort out our rogjy hand edge defensively then we can challenge for 4th. Wigan, Saints and Wire will be the top 3 but We can compete with Leeds and Hudds.

i would like to think around 4th....but i have a feeling we will struggle and end up around 8th..even 9th

Why?

Top 6, though as it stands I think Wigan, Saints, Leeds and maybe Warrington look a bit weaker at the moment.



Hudds don't seem to have improved much in there squad.



Les Cats could be a big threat next year.



Our main problem for 5 years now has been taking advantage of territory (Leeds play off perfect example), we now have a decent set of halfbacks and some depth.
