I was more worried about another injury - when I saw it on FB I heart sank, then when I read it I realised what it was

Was bound to pick up an injury sooner or later, well out of condition and carrying too much weight areound the middle

Rich's fault.

I saw it on Facebook too and was a bit concerned, whuich is why I'm not convinced it's a good use of the website.



I accept that it's a bit of fun, but given the injuries we've had, I think "a bit of fun" could have been done in a better way.
