McGuire (City's former CEO) resigned when he left City. Perhaps John North will be appointed for independence. What with him, I think, being company secretary of Hull KR who owe £1m to, er, the Allams.

I thought you'd know! And I thought that would be who was involved.



The SMC should have been either a joint effort from Hull City, Hull FC and the council, or should have been independent in the first place, then arguments like this at least would have some balance to them.

Anyone who is a Hull resident needs to continually harrang their local councillor until they get sick of it and bring some pressure to bear in some way, shape or form

CCS's earlier post refers to the Community Stadium fulfilling it's responsibilities to the community, does this mean that there is some sort of service level agreement or even list of these responsibilities?

I've always felt that rugby is treat as the second class citizen in all of this. The Allams need to start seeing the stadium as what it is "a community stadium" to be enjoyed by all of whatever persuasion be it black, amber, black and white or even red and white !! ... As for removing memorabilia of Johnny Whiteley they obviously don't realise what offence this causes to people ... or maybe they do ??

It would cost just £10 to get hold of the last tens years SMC annual accounts up to 2012.

As AP was working for Hull City before and after the Allam's took over City+SMC, surely he (Allam) would have seen all the relevant "warranties"??

Isn't the SMC statement basically implying that the previous owners of the SMC did nothing regarding the upkeep of the stadium and because of this 500k has had to be spent on the stadium to keep it's safety certificate?

That does appear to be the implication and is, to my mind, further evidence of the need for a forensic audit

when saying made 42,00 well thats only the 5% of total £840,000 and at that means made a profit the last 2 years to get this up to 1.2 million .

Or is that just me been gullible?
