Money is almost always the issue. RL is a short term career and players know they will have to get a 'real' job once their careers are over. Not sure if any clubs offer players any kind of incentives regarding training for future professions.

When I say money will not be an issue, he will be able to earn the same or indeed more in Oz than Hull offer & I believe its his desire to play in the NRL that will drive his decision.

Dont get me wrong I know money talks etc but if we offer a deal that is matched monetary terms by a club in Oz then for me it wont be about the money but the chance to play in the NRL.

Sunday afternoons are just as good asFriday or Saturday nights. Discos rammed on a Sunday afternoon.



The flights are £500 cheaper to fly home on a Monday. So I can justify the stop over.

IMO you got it very wrong, the guy is a wrecking ball if given good service, I think Rovers will miss him more than they admit!! IMO we will be trying to get another year out of him after that too...

I've heard people call Galea alot of things but never a wrecking ball.

Well I know there can be a big difference in flying on one day to another but I cannot believe there is £500 difference in just a couple of days. I have flown to Hong Kong a number of times in the last few years, the last time being August this year and whilst searching for flights have encountered big differences in cost from one to the next but never ever any which are near £500. I think you are exaggerating somewhat to say the least.
