You'd think the 'coach' would've/could've improved his poor technique and timing.



My main gripe is very similar to yours and probably most fans that watch him in action: He doesn't seem to learn by his mistakes, in fact his mistakes seem to be more spectacular by the game.

Like I noted a while back on this thread, he is a confidence player and he is suffering.

some good old cheering in his direction will make al the difference, hes still young

So if we all give him a clap evrything will be ok?





How about Craig Hall actually grows a pair and develops a bit of mental toughness.

everyone develops differently in life and especially in rugby terms, to be playing at this level having the likes of Senior and Solomona running over him week in week out shows he has a toughness and skill none of the posters on here possess full stop. however he is as i have said a young fella where things are not going to plan at present due to a confidence issue and thats all it is!

The club recognise that , the players recognise that and the fans should also, I have to say this : anyone who pulls on a black and white jersey is a better player than any of us and as such we should support them (even through the hard times) till the club decide otherwise.

Maybe i am a loner in this but I thought the treatment by the fans at times of Lee, Horne, Hall, King and last years scapegoat was at times disgraceful.

So it takes skill to be run over every week? Now ive heard it all.

I don’t condone the personnel abuse some players have to suffer, but they should expect some criticism from fans when they are playing poorly.



I accept and appreciate that CH is a better RL player then I was and is still a young player, but to suggest that if he is simply clapped and cheered by fans then his performances will improve is ludicrous, and suggests, that despite his skill level, he may not have the mental edge to succeed as an RL player.



Again, I don’t condone personnel abuse, but some of the players you name as been treated as scapegoats last season only had themselves to blame because of their continued poor attitudes and general off the field tom foolery. Even the club must have realised there was something in it as they have now banned all players from a certain watering hole.

I agree with much you say , however back to CH, he is a confidence player hence why the team cuddle him every time he makes a mistake.. come on he is very young in SL terms and has obvious issues with his defence but he will get better and he will learn.

Where would we all be if our parents and employers didnt back us up when we had hard times?? his family and employers right now are pretty much the same thing and all trying to get the lad buzzing again, his pre season confidence has all but gone and so has then his performances... not saying a cheer will make him a better player but surrely you understand what I mean that he feels the pressure we all hyped onto his shoulders and he simply isnt that brilliant but tries to live up to the International attacking centre label many gave him when he , the club and everyone around him knows he isnt ...

he is just young and inexperienced and trying not to disappoint anyone but in trying too hard he is flagging and the spiral downwards speeds up..
