Where would we all be if our parents and employers didnt back us up when we had hard times?? his family and employers right now are pretty much the same thing and all trying to get the lad buzzing again, his pre season confidence has all but gone and so has then his performances... not saying a cheer will make him a better player but surrely you understand what I mean that he feels the pressure we all hyped onto his shoulders and he simply isnt that brilliant but tries to live up to the International attacking centre label many gave him when he , the club and everyone around him knows he isnt ...
he is just young and inexperienced and trying not to disappoint anyone but in trying too hard he is flagging and the spiral downwards speeds up..

Hall's a lot of things, but he is no longer inexperienced imo. I agree with some of what you say, but my original point about him growing a pair and maning up still stands. |

At 21 he is the same age or older than Burnett, Briscoe, Turner, Houghton, Nicklas, Mcshane yet all those seem to be doing ok considering they are YOUNG in sl terms. I do not buy that argument at all, everyone in reality is a confidence player meaning they improve when things go there way. The difference is they dont become as shocking bad as CH when things are not going there way they just knuckle down and get on with the job. |

Players progress at different speeds , CH is just a little slower to develop.

when hally is in form,he's great.when he's out of form he's awful.the coaching staff,have to take some sort of responsibility.

The players i would stand behind, Hall i would loan out for the rest of the season because the way we are playing he wont have much to do in the way of attack and a stint at one of the lower sides would give him ample time to work on his defence. Plus i also feel with a decent coaching team he will improve, he probably will never be a great player but i am willing to give all our players the benefit of the doubt as they are working within a poor coaching setup and like most things in life when something is poor at the top it gradually filters down and infects those under it.
The coach, i have given him longer than he deserves he now has his own team and still fails to produce the goods. No matter which way i look at it i see a poor coach from every angle. |

I have always defended Hall but he really needs to start learning from his mistakes, how long can he continue to be excused? I would hate to give up on him but he really needs to start showing signs of maturity otherwise he may become one of those players who never fulfilled his potential.
I don't mind mistakes, but good players learn from them.
