I did think it would have already been seen by most but after reading that its clear if anyone goes upto him and asks if he is signing he would just say yes!!

I presume a move would mean he would need to apply for a new visa. i think it unlikely he would get one. He'll stay where he is for as long as he can methinks.

He will have to yes but some-thing along the lines that he is already in the country so the conviction would not be a deal breaker.

Plus the media are always discussing the rumours of him being linked to other clubs, if his conviction was an issue they would report that as one of the reasons to dismiss the rumours imo.

I am sure if he moves to another club things would go into his contract to cover any problems, plus I have no doubt if clubs are interested in him and are willing to pay a fee they will have experts considering any future implications.
