Poor performance in poor conditions! Merrick was his usual awful self! Didn't help matters at all! Usual players put the effort in and seemed to be the only ones interested. Butts Kes grant Cooke and spurry! Maybe some of the others want to start taking note and get some passion for the team! A few just don't look interested at all.

That's a worrying statement donny11, i think it was wanderer? who said earlier in the season that something isn't right, maybe he was right.

By all accounts there didnt seem much wrong at Widnes !



Any comment I have said enough over the last few weeks .

Considering we are bottom of the division we are holding together well.

I am surprised Waller and a few others haven't gone somewhere else.

But as yet, no!

The players need to unite and not jump ship.

We are not half way through the season.

Next week needs to be a strong performance to cheer everyone up.

If we can't beat Keighley comfortably then we deserve to be out of this division.

Expect a good revitalising Dons win.

I wasn't there yesterday (so I'll leave the comments about the actual performance to those who were) but I did view it as an opportunity for all 3 points after the performance in the CC.

It was Kyle trout not Kes. Obviously he got brought over as he's captain

This weekends game is massive, I don't think the fixtures for the first half of the season have been kind to us, but the final third to a half is where we have to shake off our current form and start again.



After this weekend we don't have another home game until July (rearrangements not withstanding) which is not going to help us either. It's not time to panic yet, but time to think about what we need to do if the need for panicking arises.



A win can move us up three places, 2 wins can get us knocking in the play offs. We just need that targetted fixture to come, and this weekend is it

You're not wrong, the first 10 games played (of 26 fixtures) included all the Big Five. In theory, as long as we keep players and don't lose confidence, it has to get slightly easier. Whilst nothing can be taken for granted a number of the remaining fixtures should be targeted as 'winable' - starting with Keighley on Sunday.

six of the final nine games at home, just need to get there with confidence intact, and hopefully a few more points in the bag.
