Lets see how many times he tries to trap the Rovers players arms in the tackle like at CP. He has all the skill in the world and the way he cheats penalties out of the refs does him no good at all.

If he plays full back we have a real chance. He is poor defensively in that area, IMO. Far better at Stand Off!

As a last line of defence I agree (he is just too slight to stop a determined charge from close to the line), but his kick returns seem very good to me.



We need to get him tackled hard early on and make sure the tacklers land on him, knock the wind out of him and slow the bugger down a bit.

Of course with a late hit on him there's a chance that him and his brother (who'll come running in from 50 yards away throwing punches or lining up a Cantonaesque drop kick) will get involved in a scuffle and both get sent off/binned, could be good value that two for one like.

If he has to work as hard and gets as battered as Horne did, then he should be kept quiet. But that's easier said than done.
