yeah despite me been fc fan hope both players make speedy recoverys! not good to see any player with a nasty injury like tonight!

Awful freak injury for Welham.



As soon as Rhys went down I knew it was serious, never takes a backwards step that lad.

That Lovegrove one looked like a shin/ankle type injury to me, and the Welham one more ankle than fib.



Hope both recover fully and quickly too.

Scans Monday for Rhys, believed to be a Grade II MCL (Rhys says out for 6 weeks if this is so).

No operation required for Kris.

Back for the play offs if we make them.

We've got a bit if cover for the backs with Hodgson, Slater and Latus, bit short up front though, Clinton will hopefully be back next week. Luckily we've got a rejuvenated Netherton

Real shame with them both, hope a speedy recovery. I honestly think if both had have seen or the game we would have beaten them convincingly.



Only positive is that hopefully gives some of the youth a chance earlier than expected to get an opportunity.
