Brilliant game, some great attacking from Hull and really good defence from Dobbins. Was bound to crack at some point, though. Thought scoreline reflected in the end.

Hull deserved to win.
Our tactics are so annoying at times though.
When teams control us on the floor like FC did today our ultra conservative game plan falls on its face simply because we are too easy to read and control.
I mean today as an example, We take the ball up with no intention of offloading therefore FC can stick 3/4 men in the tackle safe in the knowledge that they can, but when FC take the ball up we can only afford 1/2 men in the tackle as we have to watch for offloads etc, One of these situations leads to large meter making one doesn't.
This sitution is only going to get worse as more and more teams do a Wigan/Hudds in the tackle, You cannot play safety first rugby against that and expect to win.

thought your try line defence was good n saved at least 3 tries.we were the better side today n deserved the win and our possesion should have seen us score more then we did.
but dont be to hard on dobbo,1st game back n all that.in 2/3 games he will be back to being the best 7 in sl and with the ground firming up you will climb the table.
i just hope hull fc can use this as a springboard to better results n more consistency.
both teams fans deserve better then weve had this season
