I'm not overly concerned because it is what it is. If we get some investment, we'll be fine. If we don't then we're in bother but there's nothing I can do about it because I haven't got a spare 500K per year to put into the club.



As far as being disconnected with reality, you need to accept that the squad of players we have at the club are mid-table at best until they grow and develop with more experience and if you think another coach is going to get any more from them at present then you are deluded.



Further to this, if you think the club are going to get another coach with better credentials of developing young players than Sandercock then you really are deluded.

I've not made excuses at all.



I basically said we'd lose because I didn't think we'd be good enough which is basically what happened when all's said and done.
