Having played both in recent weeks, how do Halifax fans see the Challenge Cup game going next Sunday?



Leigh have a settled team which you're more than familiar with, while Wakefield are perhaps going to be stronger against Leigh than they were when they played you guys.



Would be interesting to get an objective view, given the nature of Leigh's squad and the differences between Top end Championship and low end Super League

We've come closer to Leigh twice than we did against Wakey. All sorts of "stuff" going on at Leigh right now so plenty of distraction. I reckon Wakey will take this tie by 16.

Yes, Armstrong was properly out of order, didn't see the incident from my seat, but accept it happened, never any excuse for that.



Halifax for Super League & the Fair Play Trophy too, what with Manning & Bracek in your side & of course no Fax players sent off or binned at all was there ?



As for Wakey in the CC, a step too far for Leigh, the team is not on form at all.

.As for Leigh being Dirty ,I didn't see the Armstrong incident ,but I DID see Bracek smack Sam Barlow as Sam was trying to keep away from the Brawl ,and Fax had 1 sent off and 2 sin binned also,and I think in right in saying Fax threw the first Punches I did say pre game that Leigh would react if you tried to bully us.

It will be very interesting to hear RM view of the game on Fax TV.

Was stood 10 yards from the start of the brawl, Calahane I think his name is was leathering Haggerty in the face with his elbows in the tackle on our possession.



Haggerty took offence and punched out in retaliation hence us conceding the penalty, BUT the whole incident was started by Fax after they went behind through frustration, simple fact, watch the video, the brawl was needless with so little time left of the game.



By the way Bracek stood at the back waiting to take a cheap shot on Acton, clear as day, and he got him too, suppose it was his payback for Acton knocking him out around Leigh a few months back.

Sam was initially, he was calming down a couple of the players, and it worked.....but then he ended up 'brawling' like everyone else. It happened right in front of us. Did you have binoculars yesterday, or just blinkers ?

Spot on Budge,I felt sorry for Sam he's always cast as the villain but he WAS trying to be the Peacemaker till he took a couple of Bracek cheap shots then he reacted like the rest ,remember Sam wasn't shown a card.I didn't realise Tyrer was red carded ,I thought he had been given a Yellow,that's a Bonus,he loves a wind up does Steven.Charlie knows.
