Certainly up there in the 'Top 10' Leeds games I've attended. Some Stella got downed before and after that game

How the hell Ray French mistook Keith Senior for Kevin Sinfield still remains a mystery.

I had got back from a tiring educational trip in Denmark on the Friday evening and wasnt with it at all during the game, I only remember the Sinfield kick

Mate I was with only remembers the Sinfield kick too, but that was down to about 8 pints of Stella pre game in the Gas Club

good old Gas Works! I didnt even drink that day, sure wont be able to say that after tommorows game!

I went to that game with an esteemed poster from this board. I remember telling him not to panic when we went behind near the end of normal time, and that he had to "believe" that we could still do it.



I've never seen a grown man so nervous as he was when Sinfield was lining up "the equaliser".

i remember that some "fans" had left early & when sinnys kick went over they wouldn't let them back in.

& as paul wellens now knows, you can never let a rugby ball bounce.
