| I'd say it gives one of the lower league referees a chance, but knowing Cummings, he will get one of the full time referees to pull double duty and do a Friday and a Sunday game, or something like that.  |

I don't think I know enough to agree or disagree to be honest. That RFL seem to be taking it very seriously. It depends on the situation and how the people involved feel about it.

According to the RFL, we've got an Aussie ref in charge on Saturday night; Jason Robinson. Interesting.
Looks like Cummings has his Super League coach's head on and is going down under rather than sticking with local talent.
