Whats new? and most of the signings we have made in the last 2/3 years have been a disaster or an embarrassment. Overseas signings that weren't, other signings who were injured when they came and take an age to heal, others just going missing. The inexperience and amateurishness of our board is there for all to see. Although we musn't take anything away from the fact they saved this club when they took over a few years ago. I also understand a few ill placed words have kept other prospective signings away from us.

The money raised goes to LISA and so will be ultimately be spent on players. Maybe Basil looked around and could not find a player who we could sign that would improve this seasons squad.

What if we have signed someone who will not be 'announced yet' ?

All of the above signed after the end of last season, do you still stand by your statement? Oh and please tell me who hasnt signed for us due to some ill placed words?

Four of those are not our players, Ricky injured when he came, steve nash injured (how many has he actually played), I think Duffs was injured early on too,at least two of the 4 duals won't be available for the playoffs if the RFL are strict on the rules. Do you really think I am going to say anything on ill placed words. However I don't think I have ever post anything on here that I don't know to be fact. Although I have heard the rumour that perhaps two of the four DCs may be ours next season. I also had a cryptic conversation with the father of one of them.



I would love us to get to the GF, but having only won two of our last 7 games, even the staunchest of supporters know that based on the very patcy recent performances that is now highly unlikely. It looks like a fourth place finish, if we win that then we face the prospect of two away games at Fax and Barrow before the GF.



We are playing injured players, the team isn't much different from the beginning of the season when no one could apparently stop us. Now unless Ian is trying to lull teams into a false sense of security for the play offs something has changed.
