Apparently watching Leigh isn't value for money compared to watching W1g4n,Saints,Warrington and Salford

I don't think anyone on here will be jumping ship to watch a SL club instead, but I think the cost aspect does affect our prospects of attracting new supporters.

Maybe they will do a few offers during the season to entice a few more fans in.

Glad you understand the point. No question all the normal Leythers will be back in 2012 but enticing new fans will be a real challenge at those price points.

Matt, it's cheaper than last season though if you buy before Thursday for a Sunday game, or do you mean getting people to buy season tickets?

I mean in terms of adult season tickets Ian although hopefully the match tickets will also incorporate attractive family tickets for those with kids etc - at 8 quid a game, I don't see where the next generation of fans will come from, regardless of the excellent season ticket prices.

I doubt anyone on here would but if we dont ever get back in SL attracting new or currently stay away support is unlikely.



I can't grasp whether the RFL cant see they're killing the game below SL or if they seriously DO NOT care. Most people who dont watch the game religously like us can't understand why there is no promotion and therefore dont see the point in going and who can blame them.



Leigh (like everyone else) can only price the games to cover associated costs and hope to make a little profit based on numbers through the gates. It seems we cant get beyond that 2,500 on a regular basis for whatever reason and no matter what we do so offering discounts and losing even further revenue has now become a fruitless exercise.
