| Im sorry guys but i have to disagree! Calderwood, prior to this year, was one of the best, if not the best British Wingers imo. He hasnt had the best year to be fair, but that can only mean his wages will drop (  )
Calderwood will be on much lower wages than Sing/Blacklock, hes British and i think hel offer a lot more to us. Hes got speed (Something we dont) and he has an eye for a gap (Again somethign we dont) so i can see the positives from this signing. For me hel be better than both Sing and Blacklock at a fraction of the price!
Wigan has just been a blip in his career, and how many other players can say that? Orr and Tickle to start! I say a good signing! |

So in a nutshell the only positive you can see is that he'll be a cheap signing, great. |

Blacklock played through the pain and the cold weather iirc, theres no doubt he scored a few tries, but was he not carrying knocks every week, we never saw his full potential imo. |

If he can re create some of his Leeds form then I can see this being a decent signing. But he will always make stupid bl00dy mistakes which cost us points. That said the ball never reaches our wingers so he might not have such a bad effect on us. He has always been known to my family as Balserwood and thats how it will remain.
After yesterdays debarcle and the season as a whole this signing does not inspire me or for that matter I would assume any of us to go out and buy our season tickets again.
