ok well if police are so concerned about people and pets messing and peeing in streets and we get fined for doin so if we do it or dont clean up our pets mess,then can somebody tell me why the police themselves dont clean up after there horses that dump all over!!!i was in town other day and for like half the length of jameson street was pilled with horse crap from police horses that children and adults could walk in...do they have to clean up??do they get fined if they dont ??HELL NO..typical police..will cause a mess but wont deal with it..double standards as usual...they need to crawl back to there CCTV with their doughnuts and leave us people alone..if there was facilities available there would be used..but theres none
